Responding to Conflict Confessionally (Adults)

Learn the Peacemaker's Pledge

  • Glorify God
  • Get the log out of your own eye
  • Go and show your brother his fault
  • Go an be reconciled

We will apply these principles as a matter of stewardship, realizing that conflict is intentional, not an accident. We will remember that success, in God’s eyes, is not a matter of specific results, but of faithful, dependent obedience.

Taught by Pastor Jack in Room 102.

The Gospel of John (Adults)

Weekdays

Precepts - Revelation Part 2 (Adults)

Do you know the things that must shortly take place?

John was told to write these things which he saw and heard and are recorded in Revelation 4-22. This is the subject of our Precept class this winter. There are many exciting visions… Worship in heaven, the One on the white horse as well as some scary ones like four horsemen and the women on the beast. Many of our liturgical worship songs are based on these chapters.

How To Study The Bible (Adults)

This four week class will focus on one way to study the Bible. Utilizing the inductive method, it will demonstrate how to make observations about the passage, infer the meaning of the passage, and draw out applications for our daily lives. The class is designed both for people who desire to have an in-depth study of the Scriptures on their own or in a group setting as either a member or leader. Each participant will receive a reference manual highlighting the principles that are being taught.

Taught by Dave Hasey in Room 22/24.

  • Joseph - Learn about a young man who suffered betrayal and wrongful imprisonment and how he responded to his circumstances.
